About this Course
This is an Accredited Course by the Malta Further & Higher Education Authority (MFHEA), at MQF/EQF Level 5, with 5 ECTS.
This unit will be dedicated to introduce job coaching and what the HR team should be responsible for; provide insight on talent management and development and how to maximise an employee’s performance in relation to the two; the process of reporting and recording; enabling learners to develop their own strategy in creating a log of performance, and reporting this to guardians and employers; creating an interpersonal relationship with the coachee, as well as assist the coachee in developing interpersonal relationships with coaching and colleagues; different types of employment and the role of the job coach in each process.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, the learner will be able to:
- Asses the legal implications of an exclusive environment
- Prepare for using the right coaching method with the assigned individual
- Enhance any unique skills and abilities of the coachee

This qualification is awarded by MISCO Business Academy. This qualification is accredited by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority. The MFHEA deems this Award in Job Coaching Persons with Disabilities to be at MQF/EQF Level 5 with 5 ECTS in the Malta Qualifications Framework and the European Qualifications Framework for lifelong learning.

Language of Instruction & Delivery Mode
This programme will be delivered in English in our Campus in Birkirkara.
The course will be delivered through a flexible combination of modern face-to-face lectures, webinars, seminars and discussion forums, tutorials, group work, case studies, guest speakers, organisational visits and independent study.
